Travel Tryout Policies - 2010 / 2011
 
 
 
 
1.  A full refund of 325 dollar is made if player is not selected for a team.  The check required at tryouts for 325 dollars will not be cashed until the player is selected for a team.
 
2.  No refund is made if the player accepts the offer and decides after the 48 hour period not to play for the team.
 
3.  $35 fee covers tryout and admin costs and is not reimburseable.
 
4.  See website for club reimbursement policy for team expenses.
 
NOTE: FAMILIES WITH MORE THAN TWO CHILDREN WILL PAY 325 DOLLARS EACH FOR THE FIRST TWO CHILDREN,  EACH ADDITIONAL CHILD WILL BE CHARGED A 50 DOLLAR REGISTRATION FEE.  THE 35 DOLLAR TRYOUT/EVALUATION FEE IS REQUIRED FOR EACH CHILD.
 
FAMILIES WHO REQUIRE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE MAY CONTACT OUR REGISTRAR AT registrar@npaasoccer.com.  NO PLAYER IS DENIED THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY DUE TO AN INABILITY TO PAY
Travel Tryouts - Forms Required
 
 
To participate in tryouts, players must arrive at Urban Field on their scheduled day with the following items. 
 
All materials will be returned if the child is not placed on a travel team for 2011/2012.
 
Fees:  two checks made out to NPAA Soccer are required.
 
1.  325 dollars for the yearly travel fee.  This check will not be cashed until your child is placed   on a team for the 09/10 season.
 
2.  35 dollars for a try out fee.  This is non refundable. 
 
 
Boys and Girls Travel Teams Require The Following:
 
1. Completed EPYSA Registration Form (CLICK HERE TO PRINT FORM)
 
2. Completed EPYSA Medical Release (CLICK HERE TO PRINT FORM).
 
3. 1" x 1" Photo of player. 
 
4. Copy of player’s Birth Certificate if player is new to the travel program.
 
5.  1 Check made payable to NPAA Soccer for $325.  1 check made payable to NPAA Soccer for $35 dollars
