2010 Robert Urban Memorial Tournament

Saturday April 3rd, 2010

PRE-TOURNAMENT  TEAM REGISTRATION: 

Team registration will be held from 4 - 8 PM at the Garden City Firehouse on Friday, April 2nd, 2010.  Directions to the firehouse are available at the DIRECTIONS - REGISTRATION link. 

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO REGISTER ON FRIDAY.  

Registration is also open from 6:30 AM - 11:00 AM on Saturday morning, 4/3 for those teams coming a distance.

Saturday AM registration will be held at the Trophy Site assigned to your bracket.  Saturday AM registration for U8 to U10 teams will be at Strath Haven Middle School.

FOR REGISTRATION, YOU NEED:

• State-approved stamped roster (if you haven’t already provided it)
•  
• Valid player passes for rostered players
•  
• Valid player passes for guest players, if guest players are rec players a copy of birth cert plus a signed medical release from EPYSA or US club is required.
•  
• Medical releases for rostered & guest players from US Club / EPYSA or from your State Association.
•  
• Permission to Travel for out-of-PA teams (non-US Club teams only) - if not already sent in. US Club teams DO NOT require a permission to Travel Form.
•  
• U8 Developmental teams are treated as rec teams.  Please bring a copy of a roster, proof of age and a medical release form from US CLub or EPYSA.

• Any questions, feel free to contact us.  Also consider purchasing your commemorative t-shirts at registration, as they sell out every year!
