2009 Robert Urban Memorial Tournament

Saturday April 11th, 2009

PRE-TOURNAMENT  TEAM REGISTRATION: 

Team registration will be held from 4 - 8 PM at the Garden City Firehouse on Friday, April 10th, 2009.  Directions to the firehouse are available at the DIRECTIONS - REGISTRATION link. 

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO REGISTER ON FRIDAY.  

Registration is also open from 6:30 AM - 11:00 AM on Saturday morning, 4/11for those teams coming a distance.

Saturday AM registration will be held at the Trophy Site assigned to your bracket.

FOR REGISTRATION, YOU NEED:

• State-approved stamped roster (if you haven’t already provided it)
• Valid player passes for rostered players
• Valid player passes for guest players
• Medical releases for rostered & guest players from US Club / EPYSA or from your State Association.
• Permission to Travel for out-of-PA teams (non-US Club teams only) - if not already sent in. US Club teams DO NOT require a permission to Travel Form.
• U8 Developmental teams are treated as rec teams.  Please bring a copy of a roster, proof of age and a medical release form from US CLub or EPYSA.
• Any questions, feel free to contact us.  Also consider purchasing your commemorative t-shirts at registration, as they sell out every year!
